We have been invited to participate in two fantastic events in Adelaide in September. On 4th September we will be judged by you, the public, at the Emerging Winemakers Riedel Trophy. On 27th September, we will join a bunch of other winemakers who also like to dabble in weird and wonderful varieties at the "Not the Usual Suspects" tasting. Out of adversity comes opportunity
Whilst devastating at the time, the loss of our premium fruit to frost has opened up a range of exciting opportunities.
Less than 48 hours after a devastating frost took out the fruit from our award-winning patch of Touriga Nacional, we were awarded Best Organic/Biodynamic Wine of the Riverland Wine Show for wine sourced from that block. What a wild ride!
