Shipping policy

We normally ship our wine within 2 days of receiving your order, via Australia Post. Wine is a temperature sensitive product. If the weather is expected to be hot we will delay shipping until a suitable time. Occasionally, we may delay shipping for other reasons. We will contact you and advise you of the expected shipping date if we delay shipping. When the wine is packed we will advise you of the AustPost tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

Wine is a restricted product and should not be supplied to people under the age of 18. To ensure compliance with our liquor licence, you will need to sign for your wine unless you specifically give instructions to leave your wine in a secure place.
Example instructions for Australia Post contractors are:
- "Please leave in carport behind rubbish bins",
- "Please allow 3-4 minutes for elderly customer to answer door",
- "Please beware of the dog, and leave the parcel on the front verandah behind the pot plant".
- "Please deliver after 11am Wednesday to Friday only."

If you do not receive your wine within 7 days of despatch, please contact us on 0408 855 272 or wine@919wines.com.au and let us know so we can follow through with Australia Post.
