Good things are worth waiting for. It's been 3 years since we first started planning our Sparkling Durif, and we're excited to release it just in time for summer. This Sparkling Durif is suave and audacious. Luscious blackberry, mulberry and chocolate flavours are layered over a vibrant, creamy and aromatic palate, topped with a black diamond mousse. 

Pair sparkling Durif with antipasto, cold cuts for main, or fresh berry dessert with lashings of chocolate. Serve chilled.

We have used crown seal to bring you the freshest possible wine. This seal is super strong and will break most bottle openers. We recommend the 919 Sparkling wine bottle opener, made from tough stainless steel with an extra wide grip.

Cellaring & serving:
Not recommended for extended cellaring. Open within a year of purchase. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness. Serve chilled.
Recycling:
The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint."
