The 919 Reserve Fiano is pale straw in colour with gold tints. The aroma is fresh straw, grapefruit, kiwi, passionfruit and pineapple, with a soft chalky saline note. The palate is full and creamy, with soft lemon curd, grapefruit, kiwifruit and vanilla flavours, nice structural acid, medium weight and good length.
Fiano is lovely with quiche or salad, or creamy pasta dishes. Drink fresh or cellar up to 2 years. Serve chilled. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness.
