This is a nuevo unoaked Shiraz style with notes of berries, blackcurrants and a hint of spice. 

Traditionally, Ella Semmler's Orchard Shiraz is paired with red meat, however we suggest chilling it lightly in the spring and summer and pairing with fresh berry desserts too.

Cellaring & serving:
Not recommended for extended cellaring. Open within a year of purchase. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness. Delicious served chilled in summer or at room temperature in winter.
Recycling:
The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint.
