Lambada has been made for lovers of white fortified styles, which is hard to find these days. Lambada is golden in hue, with bright floral and citrus flavours. The palate is mellow and soft with candied orange sweetness and a refreshing finish. The style is not made for extended cellaring. Serve it with comfort food, such as steamed jam or bread and butter pudding, or chocolate dipped fruit. Freshest if consumed within a week of opening.
