919 Latin Collection Ruby is a delightfully fresh Shiraz-based fortified wine, perfect for sipping on a cold winter night or as an accompaniment with rich meat stews, coffee, cheese or chocolate.

It's deep ruby in colour, with alluring aromas of fresh berries, rose and spicy black plu. Its flavour is full, soft and velvety, with liquorice, dried strawberry, raspberry cube and chocolate flavours.

This style may be cellared up to three years. We prefer to consume it within two weeks of opening for maximum flavour and freshness.

The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint."
