919 Reserve Shiraz is grown on our Glossop vineyard from low-yielding organic vines. The resulting wine shows great intensity. It is deep crimson with fresh purple tints, and aromas of black currant, plums, berries and mint. It has chewy tannins, with black pepper and black berry flavours and a long finish.

Drink now, or cellar 8-10 years. Aged wine may need decanting. Serve at 16-18 C with a thyme dusted crown roast of lamb. Consume within 48 hours for best freshness.

Recycling:
The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint.
